High-Precision Scribe Marking The ULS 100 uses a precision pneumatic needle marking system with a convenient mouse and keyboard follow-up needle alignment function. This enables easy needle positioning and accurate marking placement for consistent results.

Versatile Marking Content The system supports numbers, text, graphics, serial numbers, 2D codes and QR codes. Character size can be adjusted through the software, providing flexibility for different marking requirements.

Wide Material Compatibility The ULS 100 Scribe Marking Machine is suitable for various metals and hard materials with hardness up to HRC 65. An optional diamond cutting head can be used for specific hard-material marking applications.

Fast & Adjustable Marking With a printing speed of approximately 1–9 characters per second and an adjustable marking depth of 0.01–2 mm depending on the material, the system provides flexible and reliable marking performance.
